Channel Islands Beach Clean Up Official Sponsor:

In 2006, Paddle Sports of Santa Barbara teamed up with the Nature Conservancy and members of the community to organize and participate in a clean-up of Santa Cruz Island. This clean-up took place over 2 weekends in the Fall of 2006. The second weekend included an airlift of over 1 ton of plastic that had washed up at China Bay.
