These trips do not require any previous kayaking experience, but y ou must know how to swim. We will teach you kayaking basics and how to re-enter your kayak prior to getting on the water.

Our Guides:
Paddle Sports employs and trains friendly outdoor professionals that specialize in leading and teaching groups of kayakers with little or no experience.

Kids:
We can accomodate all ages over 5. Children under 12 will be in tandem kayaks with their parent or guardian for the duration of the trip.

ANACAPA MINI ULTIMATE ABOARD THE EXPLORER
ALL INCLUSIVE $400 PER PERSON
(this includes all meals for the two day excursion (Friday through Saturday), all of your kayaking gear, and of course your guide!)

There is a 10 person minimum for this trip to run.
As the stairs are being repaired out at Anacapa, this will be the only way to see the island this summer!

Vessel assisted kayak trip from Ventura Harbor.

Enjoy an  easy crossing to Anacapa Island aboard the Explorer, a 70ft custom dive vessel. While en route to our drop point, the crew of the Explorer will serve us breakfast.  Once at Anacapa we will unload at Frenchy's Cove and paddle the beautiful coast of West, Middle, and East Anacapa Islands.

Along the way we will have many opportunities to explore the sea caves and volcanic coves that are abundant on this island.

The Explorer will meet us at Cathedral Cove for lunch onboard, then we will relaunch and continue down-wind /down-current to our pickup spot at Arch-Rock.

This is an excellent alternative option to the public ferry as this allows us more time on the water.

Also a great group event!

This trip requires a minimum of 6 passengers to run. We will notify you 48 hours in advance if trip is to be canceled. If possible and interested we will make every attempt to transfer you to another kayaking trip!
