Just wanted to let you know something your staff is probably already aware of: Joel is an excellent instructor. His technique for teaching the roll is bomb-proof (just like my roll will be after a bit more practice). He has an easy-going demeanor, is helpful and attentive to his students, and genuinely cares about their success at grasping the roll - much more a mental training task than a physical one.
